The Hat Premiere

This hat is growing out of my control. Currently went to Kalmar Art Gallery for a commission. Now with 7 headspaces it is somewhat a monster.
The Hat premiered at Kalmar Art Gallery The 15th March after a few weeks of development. It is a travelling performance that through the lense of humour and surrealism, explores human territorial behavior, the rooms of a public space, existing in other peoples spaces, and the psychology of the city.

I read the blog post on The Hat Premiere and saw the artist talk about how the performance grew into something wild, playful, and deep as it showed people moving through space and thinking about how we live in each other’s worlds with humor and surrealism.
