Gabriella Engdahl is a Swedish choreographer and dance filmmaker, based in London blending dance, theatre and visual arts. Her imaginary creations are influenced by storytelling, surrealism, and characters, embodying the ethos of "more is more" as she encourages a playful and instinctive atmosphere in her working process. She has an interest in human behaviours, pushing ordinary scenarios, narratives, and emotional motives to their limits, infusing humour while subtly unsettling her audience. She gained a first degree honours studying at Northern School of Contemporary Dance and Central Saint Martins.
